  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner, Amy delivered my daughter's wedding cake 2 hours late, after guests were entering. Set up the cake and left her fingerprint in the cake breaking the lettered icing on the front of the cake. It was quite obvious. Amy didn't have the common courtesy to speak to me or my daughter in person, or even call me. She LEFT not saying a word. I immediately called their phone number and as always it went to the answering machine. She did not call me back until almost a week later. When she did call me back she had every excuse under the sun to justify her horrific customer service and then had the audacity to offer me a $50.00 refund off this very expensive cake. This was AFTER I had to ask for compensation for the damaged cake and undue stress she added to the day. Amy needs to trash the answering machine and take a class on what customer service is and how to provide it. The amount Amy settled on will never make up for the horrendous customer service she provided. No matter how many excuses you write Amy in your response, will NEVER replace your late delivery, damaged cake and total disrespect you had for me and my daughter.

  Two times I've contact you guys and was decline a date when to would be a good time to get a cake made. I was told sorry we are booked up but never gave me a date when you could free to make it or nothing. Sometime you have to give another option that works as maybe after this such and such date or let me check to see if I can squeeze you in or something but always booked. Lost sale. $1,400 sales gone I will just order in the next state at the time of my service.

  My experience with Amy Cakes was wonderful from start to finish! Not only do her cakes look amazing, they TASTE amazing. Wedding cakes often get a bad rep for tasting bland or dry, but that is the complete opposite of what I got with Amy. First we had a cake tasting, which went very well. She devote her time to us, not distracted by anything. You could see the passion she has for cake decorating. She helped us develop a great idea. The pricing was reasonable considering her popularity and the fact it was a wedding cake. As for the execution, it couldn't have been better! She did such a great job. The cake exuded the elegance and the fun we wanted in our cake, and of course it was delicious. It got high praise by our guests! We were so happy with the experience from start to finish, that I recommended her to my friends who used her for their weddings as well. Thank you for a great and delicious experience!!

  We have photographed scores of Oklahoma weddings that have used Amy Cakes. Every single bride has loved everything about it. From the communication to the final product its always great!
  
  On a personal note we swipe a slice of cake every chance we get & Amy Cakes are always delicious. :) I would highly recommend them to any one of our brides.
