  Had an absolutely terrible experience. Came in on a Thursday night with a few friends. Upon arrival service was acceptable from ONE of the bar tenders. She was friendly and gave service with a smile. We ordered 2 Moscow mules which amounted to about $9 and tipped her a $10 as incentive to deliver the best service to our group. I will say she was wonderful and our tips def expressed our appreciation. About a half hour later or so a couple of new bar guests showed up, one which a friend of mine knew. We made our introductions, and he acted very surly towards me. The other bar tender on was tending to him and his friend. He ordered a round of shots for the entire group excluding me. I then asked her to add another shot and I would just buy the whole round to make a statement. Anyway he didn't like that very much, we exchanged a few choice words and he then left the bar. She then approached me about it asking about the situation and informing me "he's a regular." With me being in the industry I know and understand you NEVER speak to a guest in that way. It was not her place to intervene. She had a poor attitude and was just as surly as the guest. Incredibly unacceptable. Because of her behavior I will not ever be returning to that bar, and would suggest you better train your staff on proper procedure. If it was that much of an issue the manager should have immidiatly been notified. I'm sure he could have smoothed things over and made it right instead of this bar wench exasperating the situation. I would not recommend this bar to ANYONE until they take the time to train ALL staff properly. Just to describe the bar tender for managerial use, the one in question, was short, medium build long dark hair and olive complexion. Should seriously consider having a talk with her about what is acceptable feedback from that side of the bar... which in all actuality is no feedback at all. I don't appreciate comeing out to a bar that I am a paying customer at and tipping upwards 100% to result in that sort of treatmemt! >:( THAT is not someone you want representing your establishment. Just saying.
