  I work 10,pm to 6am. I am addressing my shift only. I'm recently divorced, working nights as e 2nd job. I have a college degree and never saw myself here. Life happens. In response to comments. 1st, I agree with many of you. Trust me when I say a customer waiting and getting the wrong food is not OK. I get. Compliments on being calm all polite. Calmly praying the co ed in lane 1 stops laughing at nothing and orders BC the guy in lane 2 is screaming "hello" b4 his car stops. And, Since we have 3 or 4 staff compared to 15 on day shift, I'm making fries, pushing by orders making tea,, getting pies from the freezer, etc. These are not hard things. But, I bust my butt for some great customers... And I have sexually explicit comments, the people who are mad about waiting in line start counting 10 in change at the window I have no control over which time breakfast starts. If you are saying the comp r broken 2 am ish, I say we're only taking cash orders. We r required to do this daily to complete accounting procedures. I'm alone adding so my phone yelling orders. I'm not having fun.

  Semi busy, just here at the beginning of the lunch rush. Not that full inside, but most empty tables were dirty with 2 employees on break and no one making an effort to clean them.

  I came in around 7:30 with my partner. There was only one customer and his daughter inside. I ordered a #3 and a #6. The cashier rang me up for a #4 and #6. I took it back for a refund and to exchange the item. The cashier didn't know how to refund cards, so he opened the register to give me $1 but not the tax. Whatever it's $0.09. He apologized and said he'd bring out the food and that it may take a minute since they were waiting on burgers to cook. 10-15 minutes later, nothing. I went up to the counter to ask about the new burger and was told it had been sitting on the counter for a few minutes. My name was never called, but okay. It was the wrong sandwich. I took it back, and the cashier was nowhere to be seen. I flagged down an older lady who I think may be the manager who tried to argue with me. I had the receipt and told her what had happened so far. 8:25, I finally had my burger.
  What an incompetent mess.
